Episode 1. Healthy Bento for Husband

Recently Kenji's body has obviously changed with popped belly.  Oh, No!  He used to be slender and good-looking guy when got married.

Yumi draws up a diet plan starting with Bento lunch.  Calory is limited to 600 Kcal. Reduce the volume of rice and use healthier brown rice.  Brown rice is high in fiber and maintains heart-healthy vitamins and antioxidants than other grains.  Increase the number of menu items and scores of veggies to have a tasty and well-balanced meal.  Healthy Gree Tea will do

    Japanse egg roll

    Boiled corn

    Simmered Vegetables (Boiled Okra(or gumbo), Shiitake mushroom, Shimmered bamboo shoot and carrot)

    Konnnyaku with shaved bonito

    Stewed Hijiki and Carrot

    Stewed daikon-radish strips

    Stewed Tofu Refuse

    Black Beans and Brown rice.
