The antique fair at Gokokuji Temple is held every month on the 2nd Saturday. 7:00 ~ 15:00. Approximately 50 dealers sell Japanese antiques, including ivory netsuke (miniature carvings used to hang personal items), bento boxes, Kokeshi dolls, and many other items. You will find a big bargain!

Gokokuji is a Buddhist temple established by the 5th shogun, Tokugawa Tsunayoshi, who dedicated it to his mother. It survived the air raids during WWII.
