Just behind the Omotesando-Hills, you will find "Nespus Niigata", foodstore and two restaurant.

"Shokurakuen" on the basement floor is a casual dining spot, where you can enjoy Niigata foods at

reasonable price. 

Menu ranges from "Ramen" "Soba" noodles to Kaiseki-style dishes. 

Autumn is a good season for Japanese Sake.  The shop prepares Niigata speciality salmon, Vinegard mackerel,

Matsutake mushroom to fully satisfy Sake-loving customers.

"Aki no Gozen" (Autumn Plate) is substantial meal full of autumn taste. But you can easily eat all of that in the bento box.
