"Dassai" is well known for creating  top quality sake in Japan and abroad. Three kinds of Dassai tasting available at ¥500 at Ginza store.

Dassai 50,  Migaki 39 (rice polishing ratio 39%),  Migaki 23 (rice polishing ratio 23%)

(40m each)

* The rice-plishing rtio is the ratio of the weight of polished rice to brown ricee. Rice polishing is a process to scrape off the outer layer of brown rice to reduce the contents of lipid, proteins, starch, and etc.  This is to remove unfavorable taste from sake.

Japan Sake & Shochu Information Center (JSS Information Center) provides good information about sake, including how to enjoy and taste it, and sake drinking manners.  You can taste a variety of sake and shochu (distilled Japanese liquor) from all over the country at reasonable prices. Good place to learn and taste Sake.
