Yoko and I had lunch at “SHIRONONIWA” at Atre Ebisu West Building to catch up, as we have not seen for a while. This restaurant is famous for seafoods, grilled dishes and a rooftop garden where you can enjoy a glass of beer in a natural surrounding. It was the first time to visit this restaurant for both of us.
We decided to have this restaurant’s specialty, bouillabaisse with a variety of seafoods. This was a Mediterranean stew containing several kinds of fish and shellfish with tomatoes, onions and leeks seasoned with saffron and garlic and herbs.
Resotto which was made with remains of the soup was awesome! It was tasty, smooth and creamy.
Bouillabaisse was served with salads and home made breads which were crispy outside and chewy inside.
It must be a good place to have a party with casual and nice atmosphere.
