Vegan Restaurant at AIN SOPH, Ginza

Vegan Restaurant & Patisserie at AIN SOPH, Ginza

If you are into vegetarian or vegan food, Ain Soph is a great place for well-deserved breaks after some hectic shopping.

Ain Soph is famous for one of Tokyo’s best vegan restaurants, and the restaurant offers lunch Bento, pancake and desserts.

One day for lunch, I had “Fukurokuju Bento” which is delicious and nicely served in a wooden bento box.

FUKUROKUJU BENTO:

-Tofu omelette

-Fried soy meat

-Kerr curry

-Salad – Green leaves, carrot, tomatoes, raddish, broccori, cooked vegetables, miso paste

Brown rice, Tomato soup

Fukurokujo is one of Seveen Gods and said to stand for three vertues that humans want in life --- wealth, happiness and long life. The bento box contains three side dishes named “Fukurokuju” after three vertues. The bento box came with tomato soup with vegetables and brown rice. The meal was really healthy and bigger than I expected.

My friend had “Heavenly Pancake” which is fluffy and gooey with a vegetable cheese flavor. It was nicely served with ice cream and fruits.

The pancake was really delicious!
