SINGAPORE HAINAN CHIFAN

The famous Hainan chifan, a Singaporean representative dish, is today’s special.  I went there just about 12:45, and a bit crowded.

The shop with a nice atmosphere, located in the basement floor of the Mitsui Tower Building in Nihonbashi, is a purveyor to the Singapore Embassy. The staff are all friendly Singaporeans.  

It is a casual setting, serving delicious Singapore dishes at reasonable price. (JPY980.-)
