Today’s choice was chicken dishes at “KASHIWA” Futakatamagawa Rise S.C.

KASHIWA serves the Hinai-Dori, a native breed of chicken from the Akita Prefecture, which is one of the most popular brands of chicken in Japan. 

We ordered the Special Lunch Box.  – There were five choices - Dark Meat from the Leg, Chicken Breast, Chicken Tenderloin, Minced chicken meat and Chicken & Fried Noodles.  All comes with chicken soup, salad, chicken rice and sauce, and 6 kinds of small dishes in a box.

In a box, there are a wider variety of items, which is a feast for the eyes and the stomach. They are all low in calorie, yet delicious.

Teppanyaki, Okonomiyaki and Noodles are recommended.
