Custom Noodle (kale) & 2 Deli Plate

Yoko and I went to CITYSHOP NOODLE in Jingumae, Tokyo for lunch.  This is a modern noodle shop where you can create your own dish by choosing from 5 kinds of noodles and a wide variety of gourmet deli.

There are “Custom Noodle & 2 Deli plate”(JPY1, 400) and “Custom Noodle & 3 Deli Plate”(JPY1, 600).

Noodles are their original kale noodle, gluten free noodle made from brown rice, soybeans and Zen pasta made of konjack and bean curd strips.

They have a wide variety of Gourmet Deli.  You can select 2 or 3 Deli from 12 kinds of Deli, including Grilled Fish, Salads mixed with kale, Hijiki seaweed and quinoa, seasonal vegetable saute with Dukkah soy sauce or herb salt, many sorts of anti-aging oils.

Also, you can choose two kinds of toppings, like Sunny Side Ups, Herbs and Nuts. One shot of veggie bros and Coffee are served.
