September 5: At the start of September, it can still be hot and humid, but it will be cooler and nicer in the middle or end of September. The weather is unstable this year, but it is the beginning of autumn and is one of the best season, when the leaves turn red and yellow.
September 13: The race to replace Prime Minister Suga is gathering momentum after he announced that he would not run for the leadership of LDP. The election will be held at the end of September.
We hope a new leader will offer a vision of hope and convince us that the government can deliver on the promise of medical reform and a blueprint for emerging from the coronavirus recession.

Saturday lunch was at "SHIKIHA", a Kaiseki restaurant in Motomochi, Yokohama. We were impressed by their heartfelt, well-prepared dishes in a home like setting. Food was really delitious!
We were asked to wear masks while dining. I liked the potteries (plates and bowls) that were specially selected by the owner. Everything was beautifully arranged and served in a polite manner.
