Pork Cutlet Sandwiches are Long Time Favorites

Episode 3:

My  friend, Keiko became a junior high school student from this April.

Her mom always prepares sandwiches for her lunch.

Her sandwiches are something special!  Something unique and delicious, as she put in an extra effort occassionally.

Butter mixed with mustand has a sharp taste.

Boiled eggs mixed with pickles or Japanese sweet pickes (called Nara-zuke)to add sourish taste.  Cheese and dried seaweed (Nori) are a good combination for sandwiches.

Above all, her favorites are port cutlet sandwich.  She loves the volume and crispy texture.
