One Plate Meal

A ONE PLATE MEAL

I made a one plate meal and ginger ale today.  It was a bit heavy. I couldn't eat them all.

Lettuce

Alfalfa sprouts

Corns

Boiled black rice

Boiled egg

Tomates

Chicken hamberg

Fried konjack

Grape fruit & onion slices

Boiled egg

         Boiled sspinach with soy sauce

Sauteed burdock root and sliced carrot

Simmered Hijiki seaweed with slices of carrot

Homemade ginger ale is quite easy to make and it turned out just great!

Here's the recipe.

Please prepare 1 cup of sugar (220g), 2 cups of peeled, chopped ginger, 1 cup water and

and juice of one lemon.

Just simmer the sliced ginger with sugar and water to make syrup, and strain.

Then mix ginger syrup and club soda. That's it!
