SUSHI - Midori Sushi

The first New Year auction at Toyosu, a new fish market, became a topic of conversation in Japan for the record price. Mr. Kiyoshi Kimura, president of sushi restaurant chain Sushi-Zanmai, paid a record 333.6 million yen (U$4.2million) for a giant tuna on 5 Jan. The price doubled the previous record of 155 million yen from 2013. The enormous 278kg tuna must be a super delicious!

Among many sushi shops, I pick up “Midori Sushi” first. I recommend “KATSU” chain, with freshness, volume and reasonable price.
My family and I went to “Mawashizushi Katsu” in Musashi-Kosugi on Toyoko Line. There is always a long line, but it is faster if you ask for a counter seat. It is exciting to order Sushi by iPad, and Sushi is brought to you on bullet train-like plate by the conveyor. It is fast and efficient.
Tea powder, ginger plates and soy sauce are prepared at your table. Put a spoonful of tea powder in your tea cup and pour hot water.
