Tsukiji Market & Hamarikyu Garden

Tsukiji Market & Hamarikyu Garden

The Tsukiji Market is Japan’s energetic and bustling food mecca that shouldn't be missed by any foodies. With the transfer of inner market to Toyosu on 11th October, 2018, there is more retail-oriented outer market in Tsukiji.  Then we visit Hamarikyu Garden is a beautiful Japanese stroll garden, where you can enjoy Matcha Tea with sweets in the tea house.

Hamarikyu is a traditional Japanese garden built around a big pond, with a 350-year history. It is a great place for strolling. It was origially built as a feudal lord's villa and duck hunting ground during the Edo period.  The site then  served as an imperial detached palace before being opened to the public. You’ll enjoy Matcha tea and sweets in the traditional style tea house.
